• One spool gun with 9 ft lead
• One 2 lb flux cored wire
• One 8 ft ground cable

• Batteries and helmet/goggles NOT included
• Need two 12 volt batteries to run in series. No special batteries needed to power. Any charged 12 volt car battery powers welder. 

** IMPORTANT** Please disconnect batteries from vehicle before welding to prevent damage to vehicle.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Connect Spool gun (black clamp) to Negative post on battery #1
2. Connect RED (red clamp) on Jumper Cable to Positive Post on battery #1
3. Connect Black (black clamp) on Jumper Cable to Negative Post on battery #2
4. Connect Ground Clamp (red) to Positive Post on battery #2
5. Connect small RED clamp from Spool Gun Lead to Positive Post on battery #1
6. Trigger ONLY feeds wire.
7. Spool Gun is energized once ALL clamps are connected to batteries. 
8. TIP is HOT
9. Batteries are not included
10. PLEASE WEAR SAFETY GEARS, not included but can be purchased separately
