Bun Trail Welder CONVERSION KIT - Specifically built for Kit 3

This Conversion Kit is built strictly for our Kit 3- Premier Power Accessory Spool Gun. This kit will allow you to convert the Kit 3 to be used with 24 Volt batteries. The LC-10 male connectors will need to be swapped out with the connector provided to use with 24V Batteries. The Conversion Kit will come with LC-10 connectors, Jumper and Ground cables. All you have to do is swap the connectors and you'll be able to start welding and get the job done!

• One 4 ft LC-10 Conversion cable
• One 2 ft jumper cable
• One 8 ft ground cable
• One LC-10 Male connector
• Batteries and helmet/goggles NOT included
• Need two 12 volt batteries to run in series. No special batteries needed to power. Any charged 12 volt car battery powers welder. 
• Will need 1/4 allen wrench and flathead screw driver
• Refer back to website for photos of kit, instructions and tools needed

INSTRUCTIONS- Replacing RED LC-10 with Black LC-10

1. Replace current PPW RED LC-10 with the supplied BLACK LC-10. 
2. Need 1/4 allen wrench and flathead screwdriver for next steps
3. Take the screwdriver to remove the screw to release the red handle, slide it to expose the allen set screw. 
4. Take the allen wrench to remove the set screw
5. Release the connector from the cable
6. Replacing it with the supplied Black LC-10 in reverse order
7. Once Black LC-10 is connected to cable. Battery connection to power spool gun is below

** IMPORTANT** Please disconnect batteries from vehicle before welding to prevent damage to vehicle.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Connect Spool gun (black clamp) to Negative post on battery #1
2. Connect RED (red clamp) on Jumper Cable to Positive Post on battery #1
3. Connect Black (black clamp) on Jumper Cable to Negative Post on battery #2
4. Connect Ground Clamp (red) to Positive Post on battery #2
5. Connect small RED clamp from Spool Gun Lead to Positive Post on battery #1
6. Connect the small Black Clamp Spool Gun Lead to Negative Post on battery #1
7. Trigger ONLY feeds wire.
8. Spool Gun is energized once ALL clamps are connected to batteries. 
9. TIP is HOT
10. Batteries are not included
11. PLEASE WEAR SAFETY GEARS, not included but can be purchased separately
